Dandy's Changed World
Scraps is a character in Dandy's Changed World that is an arts and crafts cat, but Scraps is different compared to her original appearance from Dandy's World. In Dandy's World, Scraps has 2 arms and 2 legs which we don't like. Cats have 4 legs and 4-legged creatures are basically quadrupeds. Instead, in Dandy's Changed World, Scraps' only appearance is to be 4-legged, just like a quadruped.
Scraps wouldn't talk in Dandy's Changed World. That's because cats are only allowed to make cat noises. That's why Scraps in Dandy's Changed World is only allowed to make cat noises.
